SAUCE KIWI

This wonderful kiwi sauce we made it home in Wellington (New Zealand), which accompanied a wonderful leg of lamb on the barbecue. We are going to explain the sauce, the lamb as it appears but is soooo long.

cenando en Welington

Ingredients 4 kiwis (NZ eh?, And cut into very small pieces. Thinking it for a sauce to mix with meat.
2 cloves garlic, minced 2 tablespoons
Sweet Chily (purchased in a Chinese shops) 2 tablespoons
lemon or lime juice (natural). Best
lime 1 / 2 teaspoon salt Cilantro

Development

Very difficult. Everything is mixed and that's it.

salsa de kiwi

Note: I do not know why but when I did know a lot of garlic. The taste of garlic should be a touch. The same is because garlic is stronger here than New Zealand, so the next time you try to put less garlic and chop very more.

Until next time. Besitos
